Join us for our Fourth Annual Day at the Capitol presented by the Iowa School Social Workers’ Association and the Iowa School Psychologists Association!  A Day at the Capitol provides an opportunity for school social workers to come together and educate state lawmakers about how we address students barriers to learning and academic success in cost-effective ways.  This includes CEUs on ethics. This is a professional development opportunity, not a political lobby day. Keynote speaker includes Sonja Reyes. The first session on March 3rd will be held virtually and the second session on March 7th will be at the Iowa State Capitol. Here is a flier with additional information on the event and speakers.
