POT ROAST  (Gluten & Dairy Free) - The All-American classic: fork-tender, slow-cooked beef roast.

STUFFED PORTABELLA (Vegetarian, Gluten free) Roasted portabella mushroom stuffed with fresh mozzarella, basil, spinach and pine nuts finished with a Balsamic reduction and pesto, served with asparagus.
