Registration

Award Ceremony Lunch – $20.00
This is an option for friends and family of ISSWA award recipients who only plan to attend the award ceremony with lunch. Lunch will be a pasta bar.
Conference Registration – $200.00
Non-ISSWA members are welcome to attend our conferences! A pasta bar will be the lunch included with the conference fee.
Graduate Student Conference Registration – $40.00
Students are welcome at our ISSWA conferences and can attend for a reduced fee. A pasta bar will be the lunch included with the conference fee.
ISSWA Members Registration - Conference Fee Only – $125.00
Current ISSWA members can register for a reduced conference rate! A pasta bar will be the lunch included with the conference fee.
ISSWA Members Registration: Membership + Conference Fee – $170.00
This includes one year of membership and the reduced conference registration fee for members. Lunch will be a pasta bar, which is included with the conference fee.
Retired Member Registration – $40.00
Retired ISSWA Members can attend the conference for a reduced fee. A pasta bar will be the lunch included with the conference fee.

The 2026 Annual ISSWA Conference is on Friday, November 13th, 2026, from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Check-in begins at 8:00 AM).

Join us for a powerful day of professional development focused on 'Beyond the Room: Sustaining Therapeutic Classrooms Through MTSS.'

This interactive full-day session is designed specifically for school social workers and student support professionals working within Iowa schools. Participants will explore how Therapeutic Learning Classrooms (TLCs) can be developed and sustained as part of a comprehensive MTSS-SEBH framework rather than functioning as isolated programs. Using the Bettendorf Community School District model, participants will examine Iowa Department of Education grant requirements, implementation systems, staffing structures, intervention practices, and lessons learned from real district outcomes.

The Awards Banquet will take place over the lunch hour. For more information, check out the 2026 Annual ISSWA Conference Flier.

The deadline to register is Friday, November 6th for guaranteed lunch.

Full refunds will not be offered following Friday, November 6th.

For lunch, enjoy a pasta buffet featuring two delicious entrée options, served with South Union Bakery garlic focaccia, and the Market Salad.

Penne pasta with fresh tomato, basil, red onion, tomato olive oil sauce, and Parmesan.

Penne Alfredo with Chicken
Creamy Alfredo sauce with penne pasta and chicken.

The Market Salad | Gluten Free
Fresh greens, feta, tomato, red onion, carrot, and cucumber tossed with roasted garlic vinaigrette.

Coffee will be available throughout the day. A variety of soda and bottled water will be available during lunch. A variety of cupcakes will be available in the afternoon.

Gluten Free Option: If you need a gluten free lunch option, please email isswaboard@gmail.com by November 6th. We are able to substitute a portion of the pasta entrée with a Caprese chicken breast, which is gluten free.
